One could argue that this most interesting document falls in the same category as the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion and Report from Iron Mountain: Their origins have been disputed or deliberately cloaked in mystery, but no matter if they represent hateful propaganda, political satire or the actual truth from whistleblowers, they all hold historical importance for some reason or other, and each is in its own way a reflection of the political climate of its time. Most importantly, careful analysis and a bit of critical thinking can draw from documents like these some powerful conclusions and lessons about history, power and control.
