According to local police authorities, the attacks on Mumbai that were supposedly 'under total control' last night are now finally under control, the hostages have been released, and the last few remaining terrorists will soon be apprehended or killed. Time will tell.
Meanwhile the media of the entire world have directed their attention on Mumbai, and interesting bits and pieces, facts, rumours and allegations are beginning to circulate around the web. Of interest are the Pakistan Daily articles here and here where you will find references to the Indian Military Intelligence officers who were accused of aiding Hindu terror groups in order to blame the Muslims and stir up racial hatred and war mongering against neighbouring Pakistan.
The intelligence services carrying out terrorist attacks on its own soil? Sounds strange and despicable? Well, it is, but unfortunately this is not a unique incident. One precedent for this type of depraved and corrupted thinking can be found in Operation Northwoods, a memorandum by the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff regarding the usefulness of false flag terror attacks to be carried out against American targets to justify military action against Cuba.
